Our Work

Brewer Law LLC focuses mostly on the "transactional" or "deal" side of real estate and business transactions. This representation typically involves contracts, deal strategy, commercial negotiations and real estate and business closing services. As noted on the “Home Page” for this website, we also assist a great number of our clients with numerous litigation matters.

The following is a brief list of transactions for which we have served as lead or primary legal counsel over the past year:

  • represented the seller of a historic, downtown Orlando office tower ($14MM sale);

  • seller representation for the sale of an iconic group of Central Florida restaurants;

  • served as seller’s closing attorney in the sale of one of the most visible commercial blocks in downtown Orlando (N. Mills and E. Colonial drive); and

  • served as lead counsel in a complex, multi-state real estate litigation matter.
